About me
With over 11 years of experience in the aged care industry, I understand that finding the right care and support for yourself or a loved one can feel overwhelming. My experience across both community aged care and residential aged care, combined with my background as a Registered Nurse, has given me a strong understanding of the aged care system, complex care needs, and the challenges families face when navigating this rapidly changing sector.
Throughout my career, I have seen many older Australians and their families struggle to understand the aged care system while trying to make important decisions during what can already be a stressful and emotional time. Finding the right aged care home or service is not simply about finding an available place—it is about finding the right environment, care, support, and services for each individual's unique needs.
This is what inspired me to provide personalised aged care placement and navigation support.
My goal is to make this complex journey simpler, more accessible, and more affordable. I take the time to understand each person's individual circumstances, preferences, care requirements, medical needs, and future goals, helping families make informed decisions with confidence.
As a Registered Nurse with extensive aged care industry experience, I also have a strong understanding of complex medical conditions and changing care needs. This allows me to consider not only your current circumstances, but also the level of ongoing care and support that may be required in the future when identifying suitable aged care options.
